Vegetable Manchurian

Ingredients

Vegetable Balls
2 cups finely chopped cabbage
1 cups carrot grated
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup capsicum (shimla mirch)
2 tbsp cornflour
4 tbsp plain flour (maida)
1 tbsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
1 tbsp green/ spring onion
salt and to taste
oil for deep-frying

For Sauce
1 tbsp garlic chopped (lehsun)
2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
2 tsp finely chopped ginger (adrak)
1 tsp vineger
1 cup water
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 and 1/2 tbsp cornflour mixed with 1 cup
of water
pinch of black pepper
2 pinches of sugar or to taste
2 tbsp oil
salt to taste
coriander to garnish

Direction
1. add all the ingredients which are for vegetable balls and make small balls of it.
2. Heat oil and deep fry all balls.
3. now for sauce heat oil add ginger-garlic ans sautee for 30 sec and add green chiilies and sautee for 2o sec.
4. now add water and all ingredients except cornflower and add one by one and simmer for 1 to 2 min.
5. ow add cornflour mixture and stir continue until sauce become thick.
6. simmer for 1 min and switch off flame and add bowls and serve with coriander.
