Til Gul Barfi (sesame seeds fudge) Til gud barfi is a sweet from Indian cuisine, It has to til/sesame which is good for health and gud/jagerry is also good for healthy.
Til gul barfi or ladoo are also eaten during the winter season as it warmth. This tasty barfi is loved by every one weather it is elder or kids. lets see how i made it.

Til Gul Barfi (sesame seeds fudge) Ingrdients
1 cup sesame seeds/til
25 grams of clarified butter/ghee
1/2 cup jaggery/ gud
cardamom powder/elaichi 1/2 tsp
2 tbsp water/pani
some cashew, pista, and almond mix 2 tbsp
How To Make
Heat pan hot and dry roast the sesame nicely until they get puffed and get light brown color (do not over roast it).
Now take it out sesame seeds in plate and cool it and grind it coarsely and keep aside.
Meanwhile make syrup for that, heat deep pan and add ghee to it and it will get melt.
After melting add crushed jaggery/gud in and let the jaggery melts and add 1 tablespoon of water in it and cook the syrup for 2 minutes and low the heat.
To this syrup add cardamom powder and sesame seeds powder, dry fruits and mix it well and cook.
Stir it continuously till all ingredients comes together and become like a dough.
Now take a greased plate and and pour the sesame mixture on it and flat it with spatula and let it cool for 1 hour.
For removing the barfi you have to re heat your for 30 sec or more if needed and cut them into pieces and serve.
Keep this super tasty til gud barfi/sesame seeds fudge in air tight container.
serve this sweet temptation after lunch dinner and breakfast.
