omelette pav had indian twist with some spice in it and serve with loaf of bread and stuffed masala omellete or simple omellete.
Omelette pav is very popular Indian street food, specially popular on the streets of Mumbai.

omelette pav/masala omelette/mumbai street food Ingredients
1 tomato chopped /tamater
2 onion chopped/pyaj
2 green chilies chopped/hari mirch
3 Tbsp oil/tel
garam masala as needed
Salt and pepper as needed /namak or kali mirch
2 Tbsp butter/makkhan
Some fresh coriander leaves chopped /hara dhaniya
Spring onions chopped/pyaj hara patte
Handful grated cheese (optional)
Burger bun or loaf of bread /pav
Break the eggs and take it out in a deep bowl and beat well using a fork.
Now add all the remaining ingredients, onion, tomato, salt, coriander, chillies spring onion, etc and mix well.
Heat a pan and grease it with well with oil, pour a some of the mixture on it pan and slightly and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes using of oil over it.
Now Turn the omelette over and cook on a medium flame for 2 more minutes.
How To Serve
Slit the bread loaf/burger bun/ladi pav and apply 1 tsp of butter on both the sides.
Now heat a pan and cook a pav on both the sides till it turns golden brown in colour from both the sides.
Take the pav and sprinkle little garam masala on both the sides of the ladi pav and sprinkle some of onions on the lower side of pav.
Place and cut the omelette on pav and add some cheese to it and close with other pav/bun and press with hands slowly
Your masala omlette pav is ready and serve it with some sauce.
