- 4 to 5 eggs (ande)
- 1 tbsp of butter or you may use oil (makkan ya tel)
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper powder or as needed (kali mirch powder)
- salt as needed (namak)
- some freshly chopped coriander (hara dhaniya)
- In a deep bowl break all the eggs one by one and whisk it nicely, by using fork.
- Now heat a pan and add butter to it, let the butter melt.
- Add all your egg mixture to pan and start mixing it with spatula.
- By add some black pepper powder and salt and mix it and cook for 1 minute or until it become little soft and lumps will come.
- If you want more hard consistency of your egg so may cook it more, like 2 to 3 minute.
- Your delicious scrambled eggs is ready serve it with some fresh coriander leaves and some freshly toasted bread and enjoy.
