1 and 1/2 cup chopped button mushrooms
1 large size onion chopped (kanda)
red chilli powder to taste (lal mirch)
salt to taste
coriender 2 tbsp (hara dhaniya)
oil to saute
1 tsp garlic paste (lehsun)
1 tsp ginger paste (adrak)
balck pepper to taste (kali mirch)
cumin powder 1 tsp (jeera powder)
dhaniay powder 1 tsp (coriander seeds powder)
garam masala 1 tsp or to taste
1. heat oil add ginger garlic paste saute for 30 sec.
2. add onion and saut till brown and add mushroom and saute and cook until mushroom evaporates it all water.
3. now add all spices and saute for 2 to 3mins and cook nicely.
4. serve with roti rice.
