1 cup sago/sabudana
1 1/2 cup sugar/shakkar
3-4 cup millk/dhudh
Few cardamom stick/kesar (optional)
some dry fruits (optional)
How To Make
In a bowl and soak the
sabudana/ sago in water for 15 -20 minutes. Now in deep bowl boil a milk with the sugar and cardamoms together.
After this drain the water from sago/ sabudana and add the sago in boiling milk and after this add 1 cup of water, dry fruits and boil on slow flame.
keep boilig and boil this till sago become soft.
Now soak saffron flakes in 2 tbsp of hot milk for 10 minutes.
Now mix well to squeeze out color and add it to the boiling milk.
Now your sabudana kheer is ready and garnish dry fruits and serve.
