Indian fried chicken legs pice

  • 1/2 kg chicken legs pice/chiken.
  • 1 eggs/anda.
  • 1/2 onion chopped/kata huwa pyaaj.
  • 2tbsp coriander leaves chopped/dhaniye ke patte.
  • 1/2tsp black pepper/kali mirch.
  • 3 green chili chopped/hari mirch.
  • 1tbsp soya sauce/soya ka saalan.
  • 2tbsp corn flour/makke ka aata.
  • 1. 1/2tbsp flour/aata.
  • 1tbsp anistar seeds/anistar beej.
  • 1/2tbsp baking soda
  • 1tsp salt/namak.


  1. Take all ingredients put together in a bowl and marinade it for 2 hours.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry it golden brown.
  3. your Indian style fried chicken is ready.
  4. serve it with sauce.
