corn capsicum tikki (burger) Corn And Capsicum Tikki (nuggtes) is a very easy delicious to taste.
It has goodness of capsicum and yummyness of corn, which is very healthy for our health.
Here i have made it in Indian style. let scheck it out how i made it.
prep time -10 mins
ready time-20 mins
1 1/2 cup sweet corn/mithi makai ke dane
1/2 cup chopped capsicum/simla mirch
2-3 green chili chopped/hari mirch
3-4 tbsp rice flour/chawal atta
1/2 tsp aamchur powder/ mango powder
2 tbsp coriander chopped/ hara dhaniya
Oil for deep frying/tel
Salt to test/namak
To make a tikki’s blend the corn in a mixer to a paste (paste should have some pieces/coaser texture), without using any water.
Transfer the mixture into a deep bowl and add all the remaining ingredients and mix well wit hands.
Now divide the mixture equal portions and roll each portion into a round flat tikki (flat nuggets).
If tikki’s are not binding properly. so, add some bread crumbs in it and mix it again and make tikki’s. (add crumbs as needed).
Now heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan or you may also shallow fry them.
Deep fry tikki till it will get golden brown in color from all the sides.
Now drain them on kitchen papper/ towel and serve it hot with chutni, curd, sauce or any thing you like.
This tikki can be served as burger patties also.
