Fried chicken is very mouth watering dish, it is perfect dish for dinner.
fried chicken is healthy for everyone and here i have deep fried chicken and also baked in oven.
Lets see how i made it.
- 1 cup boneless chicken piece
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 4 large eggs whisked/ande
- 1 tbsp of onion powder/kanda
- 1/2 tbsp garlic powder/lahsun p
- 1/2 tsp black pepper/kali mirch
- 1 tbsp of red chilly powder/lal mirch
- salt to taste
- 1 tbsp of parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp of dried coriander leaf powder/sukha hara dhniya
- sauce or mayo to taste
1. In a large bowl add bread crumbs and add garlic powder, onion powder, coriander powder, parmesan, salt, red chilly and black pepper powder.
2. Mix all this ingredients well and keep aside.
3. In other bowl take eggs and wisk it properly and keep aside.
4. Now take 1 piece of chicken and deep it in egg mixture and then coat it with bread crumbs mixture repeat this technic four times.
5. Repeat this process for all piece’s and keep in plate.
6. Heat the oil in deep fry pan and fry all chicken pieces or you may may drizzel some oil on the pieces of chicken n bake it at 180c until it become golden and crispy.
7. Serve it with mayo or sauce you like.
