White pasta is very yummy and creamy dish. Pasta is very famous and popular dish and it is originated from Italian cuisine.
Pasta comes in very different size and shapes and i have used Maccheroni shape.
I have used cheese, milk and boiled pasta to make this delicious recipe, lets check out how i made this yummy cheese and creamy pasta.
- 2 tbsp of butter/ makkhan
- 1/4 cup of capsicum/ shimla mirch
- 1 tbsp corn flour and 1 tbsp all purpose flour = 2 tbsp (maida aur corn flour ko mix kare)
- 1/2 littler milk/ dudh
- 1 tsp black pepper / kali mirch
- 1 1/2 tsp chilly flakes or you may use chilly powder as your taste (lal mirch swad anusar)
- 1/4 cup of mozzarella and cheddar cheese / cheese
- salt as needed/ namak
- 1 cup dry pasta and boil it (ubla hua pasta)
- some freshly chopped purple cabbage (optional)
- Take deep pan and add butter to it and when melted add 1/4 cup of capsicum and saute for 2 minutes.
- Now add corn flour and all purpose flour to it and mix and saute for 1 minute and add 1/2 littler milk and mix it well, cook for 5 minute milk will become thick.
- After this add black pepper and chilly flakes and mix it well.
- To make it cheese add 1/4 cup of cheese (i have used mozzarella and cheddar cheese) and mix it and cook this for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Add salt to it as per your taste.
- Now add boiled pasta into it and mix it well and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Your white sauce creamy pasta is ready serve it with some freshly chopped cabbage and enjoy.
- TIPS = 1) I have taken 1 cup pasta and boiled it until it becomes soft.
2) while boiling pasta i have add 1 tbsp of oil and 1 tsp of salt to it so that pasta will not going to stick.
