1 cup chopped button mushrooms
1/2 cup capsicum chopped (shimla mirch)
1 large size onion chopped (kanda)
3 tbsp tomato sauce
4 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp chilli sauce
red chilli powder to taste (lal mirch)
salt to taste
coriender 2 tbsp (hara dhaniya)
oil to saute
green onion 3 tbsp (kanda patti)
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
balck pepper to taste

1. heat oil add ginger garlic paste saute for 30 sec.
2. add onion and saut till brown and add mushroom and capsicum and saute until mushroom water get evaportes.
3. now add tomato, soya, chilli sauce and saute for 1 min.
4. add black pepper, salt red chilli powder, coriander, green onion and saute for 3 to 4 mins and serve.
