pinch of cinnamom or 1/2 tsp as much as you want
1/2 cup of milk (milk)
1 to 2 tbsp of dry fruits
1. peel off bananas and mash or grind bananas.
2. Now add milk and dry fruits and pinch of cinnamon and keep in fridge for 4 hours or overnight.
3. Now serve it with chocolate sauce or eat as it is.
