Classy Dry Fruit greek yogurt  shrikhand (chakka/ gadha dahi)


  • Chopped almonds (badam) ½ cup
  • ½ cup chopped pistachio (pista)
  • Chakka dahi 4 cups
  • Sugar powder 1 cup or to taste
  • 4 drops or 2 pinch of Kesar (saffron)




  1. In a bowl put fresh yogurt (dahi) and sugar powder for sweet taste and mix it well so no lumps will form.
  2. Now put badam, pista and kesar (almond. Pistachio, saffron).
  3. Now take a containers or jar.
  4. Keep this classy yogurt (dahi) in fridge and serve it with puri or eat as you like.
  5. It will stay for one week.
