Classy Dry Fruit greek yogurt shrikhand (chakka/ gadha dahi)
- Chopped almonds (badam) ½ cup
- ½ cup chopped pistachio (pista)
- Chakka dahi 4 cups
- Sugar powder 1 cup or to taste
- 4 drops or 2 pinch of Kesar (saffron)
- In a bowl put fresh yogurt (dahi) and sugar powder for sweet taste and mix it well so no lumps will form.
- Now put badam, pista and kesar (almond. Pistachio, saffron).
- Now take a containers or jar.
- Keep this classy yogurt (dahi) in fridge and serve it with puri or eat as you like.
- It will stay for one week.
